I did it for texlive-base-bin, but not for texlive-base.

Those I do not split: These languages are so specific, if you want to
install them the documentation will not hurt.

Same here, who wants musi[c/x]tex will get the documentation. Splitting
makes no sense. And if we add the /usr/bin sizes than it is comparable.
