Bug#443750: texlive-latex-base: Abstract environment should make sure paragraph is not indented

In LaTeX the first paragraph after the title is the first paragraph
after the title, and nothing else.

If you want it marked as abstract, enclose it in
	\begin{abstract}
		...
	\end{abstract}

It would have been nice to see what you want. Please specify your
problem. If you have NOT marked the abstract as above then this is a
wrong usage, nothing else.
