Interpreting testing excuses

Hi,

we are wondering why texlive-base and texlive-bin don't enter testing,
and I fail to understand the output of the update excuses at

http://bjorn.haxx.se/debian/testing.pl?package=texlive-base
http://bjorn.haxx.se/debian/testing.pl?package=texlive-bin

We have not (at least not that I remember...) changed any of the
versioned interdependencies of the texlive packages, so I don't
understand why the two seem to require going in at the same time at
all. And then, why are there those long lists of packages that become
uninstallable if they would enter testing? How can I find out why the
scripts think that, and find out whether there's a real issue?

TIA, Frank
