Bug#442052: texlive-pstricks: Put documentation into another package

There is a log of pdf files in the package, which take much space.
/usr/share/doc/texlive-pstricks is the biggest directory in
/usr/share/doc on my system, even though i actually don't use
documentation for pstricks. Please split the package into two smaller.
