pdftosrc from Tex Live 2007 packages

Hello Folks,

I was looking for pdftosrc that is supposed to be part of the pdftex bundle, but 
 could not find it on my system with TeX Live 2007 built from Gutsy sources on 
a Kubuntu Feisty system.

When I did

wajig whichpkg pdftosrc

I got

File Path                                                   Package
===========================================================-=================
/usr/share/man/man1/pdftosrc.1.gz                           texlive-extra-utils

but no indication of an executable.

I am writing to ask if this is an omission or whether it was intentionally left out.
