First, Launchpad (the BTS, as well as other things, of Ubuntu)
automatically subscribe a bug reporter to the bug, so any reply to
nnn@bugs.launchpad.net will be sent to the original reporter as well.
In Debian's term, no nnn@ and nnn-submitter@ differentiation.

If you still want to contact the bug reporter, you can get the email
address by first going to the bug page:
    https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/texlive-bin/+bug/122863
Then clicking on the reporter's name (at the top of the page, after
"reported on ... by"), which leads to:
    https://bugs.launchpad.net/~shiyee
The click on the "Overview" tab and go to:
    https://launchpad.net/~shiyee/
Now you can see the email address in the left panel "Confirmed e-mail
addresses".

I see.  I am going to test a feisty->gutsy upgrade this weekend (if
nobody beats me) and report back.
