TL 2007 (and 2005 I think) contains wordcount.tex, but not the
accompanying shell script wordcount.sh, which is in the same CTAN
directory:

In case this will not automagically fix itself with the new
infrastructure, it would be good if the file could be added to the TL
tree for the next release.
