Then a simple
apt-cache search mh | grep texlive
would have given you
texlive-math-extra - TeX Live: Advanced math typesetting
texlive-science - TeX Live: Typesetting for natural and computer sciences
and a apt-cache show texlive-math-science shows
mh -- The MH bundle
so a simple
aptitude install texlive-math-extra
brings you the empheq package.
