I investigated this and found out that texdoctk.dat has not changed
between TL 2005 and TL 2007, but there are considerable changes between
teTeX 3.0 and TL: Both deletions and addition.
Some of them might be renamings, some correspond to material which has
been dropped from TeX Live, but some others I cannot explain. There are
164 deletions and 204 additions, the diff starts with:

So there are probably false positives, but what about abstract, accents,
acronym, aeguill?

sort -u > ../texdoctk.dat.allfiles
