Log:
libkpathsea is build from texlive-bin now
* merge manually the changes from the libkpathsea branch back [np,fk]
- change rules.in to build libkpathsea4 and -dev, and add the necessary
control files [fk]
- add texlive-bin/debian/libkpathsea4.install,
texlive-bin/debian/libkpathsea-dev.README.Debian, and
texlive-bin/debian/libkpathsea-dev.install
- adjust tpm2deb.cfg to build the new packages from texlive-bin
Missing: fixes from Frank in the exp branch:
- change print to print STDERR for debug statements
- use perl modules from local copy (not installed)
