When I upgraded from teTex to TeXlive, I could not find anymore some
documentation with texdoctk.
It seems that some lines are missing
in /usr/share/texmf-texlive/texdoctk/texdoctk.dat pointing to the
documentation
I have found that there are lines missing for :
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/latex/koma-script/scrguien.pdf (koma script manual
in English)
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/latex/jurabib/docs/english/jbendoc.pdf
/usr/share/doc/texlive-bibtex-extra/latex/jurabib/docs/german/jbgerdoc.pdf
But I guess, there are other missing packages that I don't use.
