Build-Dependencies of latex-cjk-japanese-wadalab

Hi!

In order to fix an FTBFS (#422399), I need to build-depend on
texlive-font-utils as well.

But I see now that I set debhelper and dpatch as "Build-Depends", and
all the other packages as "Build-Depends-Indep".  I think I need to
switch these two lists, isn't it?

So it would look more like this:

Build-Depends: t1utils, tex-common (>=0.19), texlive-base-bin | tetex-bin (>= 3.0), texlive-font-utils | tetex-bin (>= 3.0), perl-base (>=5.8.0)
Build-Depends-Indep: debhelper (>=5.0.0), dpatch (>=2.0.14)

Thanks for any advice you could give me.
