Sorry, my mistake. I wasn't aware that, when I use debdiff on dsc files
for different upstream versions, it will also include the diff of the
tar.gz files. So I saw changes outside debian/, and attributed them to
the diff.gz, while in fact they are in the orig.tar.gz.
Nothing to be done.
