Bug#419434: [Falk Hueffner] tetexlive-bin FTBFS on Alpha due to gcc PR28623

Hi,

the gcc bug has been fixed in 4.1.2-4. Please remove the
31_pdftex_gcc_ICE-on-alpha workaround patch.
