What do you think? I can make such a package, but need suggestions on
what you consider minimal.

Probably a bug in the transfer of config files from texlive 2005 to
texlive 2007, ie NOTHING was transferred in -2, -3, and -4. And if you
upgrade from -2 -3 -4 the config file isconsidered as removed.

I have to add another stuff to the preinst so that in case we are
upgrading from -2 -3 -4 we ALSO do the config file move!
