Possible missed versioned build dependency for texlive 2007

Hi,

I tried to build the experimental texlive-bin (2007) on my ibook and the 
process failed with this error:

 dh_installtex: Specified flavor format:build_all not supported.

The update of tex-common to the experimental version (1.3) solved the problem 
and texlive-bin then compiled fine.

Thus, I supposed there's a too low versioned dependency on tex-common for 
texlive-bin 2007.
