Hmm, I take a look into tpm2deb.cfg and see:
# file placement errors in TL2007
mapping;texmf-dist/doc/latex/nag/nag.sty;texmf-dist/tex/latex/nag/nag.sty

well, this didn?t work, not suprisingly. It should be

mapping;texmf-dist/doc/latex/nag/nag.sty;remap;$rundest/$texmfdist/tex/latex/nag/nag.sty

Ok, it is not the best syntax ... ;-) I have to change the mapping
directives format for the last entry ... I HAVE TO!!!
