Log:
* Better variable names and comments, slight refactoring.
* Add most of the missing documentation (docstring for
extract_moved_cfg_files()).
* Fix a corner case which should happen only if the regexes for configuration
files overlap (which has never been the case with the default value for
config_files_regexes).
-> No change in functionality expected from previous version; no need to redo
and reanalyse your debdiffs if you were already using the previous
revision.
