Hi Frank,

According to the relevant mail headers (appended below) the message
arrived at puccini on the 16th and at murphy on the 20th.  The admin(s)
of those two servers should be able to determine the cause of the delay
from the mail logs.  Please be advised that mail logs are often cycled
quickly, so if you intend to make enquiries you should do so promptly.
