texlive-bin build breakage ...

(BTW: Do you know whether irc.debian.org is down, gaim cannot connect!)

You did break something in texlive-bin building with your commit about
splitting. rules now has:
configure-stamp: patch-stamp
        cd build/source && ./Build configure
        touch $@

build-stamp: configure-stamp
        cd build/source && ./Build build

But the Build script does not understand the options build and
configure?!?!

Did you forget to submit something?
