You can edit
	/etc/texmf/texmf.d/95NonPath.cnf
and change
	trie_size = 270000
to something bigger, say 500000 ...

BTW: Did you upgrade from tetex, texlive2005, or did you purge all tex
packages before installing texlive2007?
