TL2007 work:
- collection-chemistry is gone, superseeded by collection-science
do not build texlive-chemistry and let tl-science replace tl-chemistry
- re-blacklist ppower4, why did I believe it is gone
- add replaces: texlive-humanities and tl-science -> tl-latex-extra,
