Clause 2 makes it clearly non-free.  It also is no longer present in
TeXLive 2006, which might indicate that Upstream has tried to contact
the author, or decided that this doesn't make sense.


Norbert, is there a changelog for upstream, or anything else that we
could use to get a list of things that have been removed Upstream
because they are non-free?
