Please unblock texlive-extra 2005.dfsg.3-1

Dear release team,

the Debian TeX Task Force would be grateful if you could

unblock texlive-extra/2005.dfsg.3-1

which I uploaded today to fix a release critical bug. The package
contained some DFSG nonfree stuff which has been removed.

Please note that this is a NEW unblock request, different from the one
two days ago, as we had to fix a DFSG unfreeness.

The changelog for 2005.dfsg.3-1 is:
texlive-extra (2005.dfsg.3-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * blacklist siam.tpm and build new upstream, as the siam macros are not
DFSG free (no selling clause) (Closes: #406426)

The debdiff from -4 only shows the removal of several TeX input files
which is intended, ie the removal of all SIAM related stuff.

The intermediate release (ie the one between this one and the one in
currently in etch) has been in Debian for 13 days.
This former upload fixed one important, two normal and
one wishlist bug - the changes are small and non-disruptive. Without
it, etch would still be a great Debian release, but with it, its texlive
part would be even better. Here's the changelog:

texlive-extra (2005.dfsg.2-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * downgrade the relation from fonts-extra to cm-super from depends to
suggests. Default would be recommends, but a suggests is enough.
    (Closes: #399064)
  * add the missing dstroke.map, and add the addMap action to the config
    file (Closes: #400780)
  * activate ugq.map (Closes: #374351)
  * remap infix-RPN.tex and .sty from the doc hieracy to texmf-texlive
(Closes: #402987) (closes Ubuntu bug #69690)

Comments:

- software included in texlive upstream which exists as a separate
Debian package usually gets a Recommends or Suggests, cm-super was an
exception for "historical reasons" (iow it was forgotten).

- adding and activating font map files means that it's not only possible
to run latex on a file using those fonts, but to actually create a PS
or PDF file - so this only adds functionality without a possibility to
  break anything.

- "remap" is maybe a bit too technical, here it just means means "move
  the files". Where they belong.

Best wishes and thanks a lot

Norbert
