Sorry, I forgot the rsync. Now the stuff is there. If you have the lines
in sources.list the next update will bring it.

No, it is NOT necessary for 2007.01.02 as those still use pdfetex as the
place where texexec puts the formats. This change was introduced between
02 and 10.
