Well, from checking the stuff in not, but building and uploading it will
go to unstable, thus overwriting the alreaedy there tetex-bin. So I
would wait until it enters etch.
Or we try to push both te{xlive,tex}-bin WITH the patch.
I think most are for this move, but Frank should speak up, too, when he
is back online.
In short, check in, but do not upload. As I have done for texlive
