THis is strange. Can you please tell us the version of feynmf which you
have as candidate:
apt-cache policy feynmf
For me it looks that the depends/suggests of feynmf should allow texlive
as first alternative, and allows installation:
Depends: tex-common (>= 0.7), perl, texlive-base-bin | tetex-bin, texlive-latex-base | tetex-bin, texlive-font-utils | tetex-bin, texlive-extra-utils | tetex-bin
Suggests: texlive-metapost | tetex-extra
I will check this a bit later in a chroot.
