Ok. So does

\documentclass[a4paper,11pt]{article}
\usepackage{mathbbol}
\begin{document}
$\mathbb{R C}$
$\Eins$
\end{document}

compile on a TL system? Norbert? It does on teTeX, but it uses the
b-bb*.mf files.
