tpms are read at the following times from the following places
- at orig.tar.gz build time	from tpm.data (dump of the tpm data)
- at source build time		from tpm.data
- at binary build time		from the included tpm files

branch does not make sense, I will create something like
	.../texlive-new
and work there, when we are content we can make a 
	svn mv texlive texlive-old
	svn mv texlive-new texlive
