Bug#403095: latex-beamer: Please register to doc-base section "TeX", not "Tex"

Both section names are non-standard, since the doc-base documentation
only mentions section in the Debian menu. However, I think this
restriction is not appropriate (see also
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=109431;msg=32).
Still, TeX packages should use a consistent section naming, and I think
"TeX" is better than "Tex".
