Bug#402983: texlive-bin: ttf2afm, and all of ttfutils, is missing

Well, this is definitely missing.

Hmm, that means that I have blacklisted bin-ttfutils, but this makes
tt2afm not available. I will have to undo this change, and blacklist the
single files.

Thanks for reminding me that the others are already in cluded in Debian.
