Bug#402983: texlive-bin: ttf2afm, and all of ttfutils, is missing

ttfutils seems to come from different places:

ttf2afm (pdftex, in tetex-bin, texlive should provide it)
ttf2pk  (freetype1, in freetype1-tools)
ttf2tfm (freetype1, in freetype1-tools)
ttfdump (no idea where that comes from, no idea what it is)
