Hi myself and all the others!

In the tpm2deb.cfg it is written:
# collection psutils and ttfutils die, should be proper debian packages
but at least ttfutils seem to be not to go this way. We should include
this in our packages, or create a new binary package texlive-ttf-utils
or whatever.

This bug was filed at Ubuntu #75545 where I found it.
