Severity: serious
With revision -3, texlive-base-bin is not usable with dvipdfmx. That's
a bad thing. I think it should be fixed by changing dvipdfmx (closing
bug #398259), but before this is decided, I guess texlive-base-bin
better not propagate to testing.
