This file isn't needed any more IMO. The current upstream version is
double-licensed under GPL (CC GPL is just a wrapper around the real one)
and LPPL, which are both DFSG-free.

Maybe it doesn't like the "A" at the beginning? Yes, exactly:
if ($synopsis =~ m/\.\s*$/) {
tag "description-synopsis-might-not-be-phrased-properly", "";
just leave it out.
