That looks difficult. Even something like
.TH "update-[updmap|language|fmtutil|fontlang]" 1 "2006-11-03" "Update TeX config files: fmtutil.cnf, updmap.cfg, language.dat"
has already problems on terminals with a width of 80 characters.
Also I think that NAME and SYNOPSIS are more important than the title.
