tex-common upload

Hi,

these times, it's always good to upload fast...  I won't have much, if
any, time for Debian work this weekend, and Norbert is about to leave
for his conference.

Therefore I think I should upload tex-common this evening.  I have
tested that it works, and the only thing I think is missing is a way to
tell man that this file is for multiple binaries.  But that's a cosmetic
issue.

Any objections?
