Log:
texlive-bin: make the changes to include the unpacked sources, and generate
a diff, but revert the changes. They should be included only at the time when
the next orig.tar.gz PLUS debian package of texlive-bin is build. Otherwise
we could build a new debian revision with the new rules file and the old
layout!!!
