Bug#389921: latex-svninfo: Please install all files provided upstream
Package: latex-svninfo
Version: 0.4-1
Severity: normal
Hi Adrian,
>From the README file:
,----
| The following files are created by 'latex svninfo.ins'
| - svninfo.cfg
| - svninfo.sty
| - svninfo.perl
| - svninfo.init
| - svninfo2html.tex
|
| then copy the files
| svninfo.sty
| svninfo.cfg
| to a place where LaTeX can find it
| (e.g. under UNIX: $HOME/tex/inputs
| and set the environment variable
| TEXINPUTS=$HOME/tex/inputs//:$TEXINPUTS
| )
| and
| svninfo.perl
| to a place where latex2html will find it.
`----
It would be nice if the support for the (non-free) latex2html package
would be installed, too.
By the way, I don't know whether you are aware that latex-svninfo is
also included in texlive (upstream), although with an older version. I
guess you plan to further maintain your package, so that we can exclude
it from the Debian texlive packages?
Regards, Frank
