It is also related to the inofficial fixed packages available at
	deb http://www.tug.org/texlive/Debian/ updpkg/
This was of importance in the early stages of development when we were
far from inclusion of texlive into Debian, and I had to prepare simple
fixed packages (only dkg-deb -x/-e, change control, dpkg-deb -b) so that
people can test the texlive packages. From this time we still have NMU
numbered packages like this one -2.1 available at the above location.
And bug reports have been submitted to the respective packages. So the
only thing we can do now is wait for the maintainers ...
