The crystal ball was the one of remembering similar problems with
texlive packages at some earlier stage when I didn't call all three
update-* scripts in any case. Now all the postinst/rm scripts of texlive
always call all three update-* scripts, it does nopt cost a lot of time
and provides a bit of security.
