ANNOUNCE: Move to new mailing list

[For those who've missed the mailing list discussion!]

Shortly, the texlive and tetex packages will be uploaded with a new
Maintainer field: debian-tex-maint@lists.debian.org.  Discussion of
tex-related maintenance will shift to this list.  The SVN commit
notices have now been adjusted to be sent to this new list as well.

Unfortunately, it has not been possible to autosubscribe people to the
new list, so if you wish to remain a subscriber to the Debian TeX
maintenance list, you will have to go to http://lists.debian.org/ to
subscribe to the new list, or email
debian-tex-maint-request@lists.debian.org with the subject line
'subscribe'.
