I guess you rembember that, but just to be sure, and for everybody
reading this bug report:  If one has a tex-common tree checked out,
either in $tex_common_dir as specified in debian/rules, or elsewhere but
$tex_common_dir is set properly in the environment, then the versions in
tetex-base and -bin will be updated from the version in tex-common.

At least if I do the upload and do not forget to run clean before that,
it will.
