That is what I expect and what is OK.

These seem to be some residuals from your teTeX 3.0 installation,
which were not removed for any reason.
Fix for now should be: remove /etc/texmf/fmt.d/00tetex.cnf, call
update-fmtutil and fmtutil --all . Did you remove or purge teTeX 3.0
before downgrading to teTeX 2.0.2?
