Here is the patch. Further I've noticed that we ship a lot of files from the beamer class doc sitting in /usr/share/doc/texmf/latex/beamer/, meanwhile the latex-beamer package itself ships them in /usr/share/doc/latex-beamer. I guess one of it should be removed. We should them further tell to put a soft link from /usr/share/doc/latex-beamer to /usr/share/doc/texmf/latex to make sure the installed doc is seen by texdoc(tk).
