Bug#312924: tetex-base tries to install /var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci as an info file

Not recently. Those have persisted for some time after such an incident
in the past. They've been removed from the archives so I wasn't able to
reinstall them etc.
In any event I can't find any signs of corruption amongst dpkg status
files. I suppose there aren't going to be easy-to-find answers for this.
