Still another thing: building dvipng requires using libgd. AFAICT
libgd is delivered with teTeX. I don't know, if disabling the build
of dvipng disables the build of libgd. If not, we should file a bug
against teTeX and temporary add an option to use libgd of the system
and add an B-D. I'll test that as soon as I have time.
