Yes, there remains still a slight(?) problem.

libkpathsea3 can not provide tetex-lib with version number like 
Provides: tetex-lib (>= 1.0.6-3)
but can only provide tetex-lib so the xdvik-ja's dependency on 
tetex-lib (>= 1.0.6-3) can not be satsfied.

One can say it's a bug and also it's not a bug ;-)
In any way it will be uploade new xdik-ja which depends libkpathsea3
so untill then, you can or should do;

- install libkpathsea3 with --force-depends
- get source package of xdvik-ja and rebuild and install it

but, of course, this is a bit dangerous.  In any case,
woody is unstable.

BTW, why you need xdvik-ja and what in xdvi of tetex-bin is not 
insufficient for you?  You are not a japanese, I guess.
