pann@potato:~$ ls -l /usr/bin/ | grep 17356
-rwxr-xr-x    2 root     root        17356 Sep 25  2000 [
-rwxr-xr-x    2 root     root        17356 Sep 25  2000 test

pann@potato:~$ dpkg -S /usr/bin/test
shellutils: /usr/bin/test

It's a "synonym." I remember reading something once upon a time, but I
forget what.
