Bug#781357: pillow: Please disable multiprocessor test in test suite on sh4

Hi!

pillow currently fails to build from source on sh4 as the multiprocessor test
fails in the test suite. Upstream suggested just disabling that particular
test on sh4 [1] as those CPUs are single-processor only anyway (at least
the variants Debian supports currently).

Please disable the multiprocessor test on sh4. I might follow up with a patch
once I have figured out how to actually disable the test.
